This article was originally printed in San Antonio Medicine in June 1997.  Since then there have been changes to the hospital in Honduras, all for the good.  There has been painting, plastering and new floor tiles. They now have a clothes washer at the hospital plus a few other accoutrements that we take for granted.  The group (la Brigada, in Spanish) no longer must make four seperate flights to get to San Pedro Sula.  Instead, they now fly from Houston, Texas, directly to San Pedro Sula and then bus to Santa Rosa de
