As you can imagine, from what you may have seen on                            our site, that the logistics of obtaining all the necessary                                            equipment and medications; the preparation and                                                      organization of the equipment; the transportation of the                                            equipment; the coordination of personnel; travel; the                                                travel preparations; the paperwork and clearances                                                  required from a foreign government; plus the myriad of unforeseen difficulties that always arise in such an endeavor - all this is a difficult and a year-round task.  As you can also imagine - all this costs money. 

We hope that you will find it in your heart to contribute to this endeavor and thus become a member-volunteer of our group and earn and proudly wear the same Logo Lapel Pin as worn by our volunteers.  The lapel pin is not an inducement but rather something we would want you to have -- having shown to us your compassion.
